Quick ice cream

This recipe is so quick and easy you can make it in your sleep.
Unfortunately, you do need a freezer, but most people take one along on holiday these days.

You need (for 1 serving):

• ½ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence (or any other flavour)

Get cracking:

1. Mix it.
Place all the ingredients in a small Ziploc bag, squeeze all the air out and seal.
Shake bag to mix ingredients and dissolve sugar.

2. Freeze it.
Place the packet in the freezer.
Remove it as soon as it starts freezing.
 

3. Squeeze it.
Finely crush the ice crystals and put it back in the freezer until ice cream is frozen.
