You need:
- 2 slices of brown bread
- 2 handfuls of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 standard-issue tin of sardines in tomato sauce (you can also try the more exotic version in chilli sauce)
Get cracking:
- Put the cheese on the bread and cut each slice into three fingers.
- Taking great care with culinary aesthetics, put a sardine atop each piece of bread.
