Bully beef El Mexico

You need (for two):

  • 2 cans of bully beef
  • 1 can of beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco

How to:

  • Fry the beef in a pan.
  • When the meat is hot, firmly grip a fork and mash the beef until it begins to look a bit like mincemeat.
  • After a few minutes the meat will loosen up into a hot pile.
  • Pour the beans into this and splash on some Tabasco.
  • Wait until the whole lot is hot.
  • Serve on rice, bread or “pap”.
