Bully beef El Mexico

You need (for two):
- 2 cans of bully beef
- 1 can of beans in tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco
How to:
- Fry the beef in a pan.
- When the meat is hot, firmly grip a fork and mash the beef until it begins to look a bit like mincemeat.
- After a few minutes the meat will loosen up into a hot pile.
- Pour the beans into this and splash on some Tabasco.
- Wait until the whole lot is hot.
- Serve on rice, bread or “pap”.
