Bully beef breakfast sarmies

You need (for two):
- 1 can of bully beef
- 2 slices buttered toast
- 2 eggs
Get cracking:
- Peel open the cans of Bully Beef
- Once opened, hold the can over a plate, open side down. With a few determined shakes the contents of the can will start to emerge. Continue the shaking motion and the bully beef will come sliding out of the can, eventually landing with a satisfying and moist “thud” on your plate.
- Don’t be put off by the yellowy white layer surrounding the meat. This is a layer of fat committed to preventing any forms of violence. Once this fat lines your arteries, not even the most skilled panga slice will make you bleed.
- Cut the block of bully beef into slices.
- In a hot pan, fry the slices in oil or butter.
- The bully beef’s appetising shades of pink, red, grey, yellow and white will turn a gorgeous golden brown.
- Now stack the layers on a slice of toast.
- Quickly fry an egg and put in on top.
