Bully beef à la Tomato


You need:

  • 2 cans of bully beef
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red or green pepper, cut into strips
  •  1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 small onion (or ½ large onion or ¼ very large onion or 1/8 massive onion) chopped into small and edible pieces

Just do it:

  • In one pan, fry the onion and garlic.
  • When the onion is translucent, add the tomato, pepper and Worcester sauce.
  • Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In the other pan, prepare the bully beef as in the Bully Beef El Mexico recipe.
  • After mashing it and ensuring the beef is hot all the way through, smother it with the tomato relish.
