Terms & Conditions 

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The competition is open to anyone except the employees of Media24 and its associated companies, and direct family members of those employees, as well as sponsors and advertising agency staffers.
• The winner will be announced our website, as well as on the competitions page.
• The closing date for the competition is as indicated within the various competitions.

By entering a competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

• All competitions are open to residents of South Africa only,
• Employees of Media24, their immediate families, anyone working for the sponsors or any other entity employed by a company involved in competitions are prohibited from entering. 
• When entering competitions multiple times, the same cell phone number and email address must be used as this will be your unique identification.
• Where entry by SMS is applicable, SMSs are charged at R1,50 per sms.  Free airtime do not apply.
• The delivery of prizes is the responsibility of the respective sponsor and Media24 will not enter into disputes regarding non-delivery. 
• The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries regardless of the reason for the late entry. Media24 is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.  We accept no responsibility for undelivered, lost or delayed entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.  
• Winners will be selected on a random basis.  Results of the random draws will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be announced on the Weg/go! websites and facebook page. 
• If you win a prize, you hereby agree to the publishing or distribution of your name and details by Media24; within reason and with prior notice and acceptance, the use of  your image in marketing material; subject to your prior acceptance, participate in Media24’s marketing activities; without remuneration due to you from Media24 or the competition sponsors.
• Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address will be used solely in connection with the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purposes of the competition, where applicable 
• If any prize offered becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control, Media24 or the sponsors  reserve the right to select an alternative prize of equivalent type and value.
• Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk and Media24 and its affiliates are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prizes whatsoever.
• If you win a prize and the possession and/or use of that prize is subject to regulation or authorisation, you must possess whatever documents and permissions/authorisations that are required in order to accept and use a prize and such documents, permissions or authorisations must remain valid for the duration of the use of the prize. It is your responsibility to obtain those documents, permissions or authorisations, which will be at your own cost.
• Media24  reserves the right not to award a prize in any situation where it would be unlawful to do so.
• Media24 will re-allot prizes if we are unable to contact winners within 2 weeks of the draw. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they submit accurate contact details as part of their entries.  If the winner cannot be contacted or are unable to redeem the prize within the stipulated time period then Media24 reserves the right to select another winner.
• Participants  enter competitions at their own discretion and risk. Media24, its affiliates, competition partner/s and their respective shareholders, employees, officers and representatives shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury or costs, howsoever arising, suffered as a result of your participation in a competition, save to the extent that such liability may not be excluded under applicable law.
