A unique wilderness experience in the Kruger Park, seen by few. Designed to bring you as close as possible to the different wilderness areas without jeopardising the delicate eco balance. Because trails are closed after heavy rains, no advance bookings are accepted. Visitors are only be able to book the morning they plan to go on this Kruger Park Adventure Trails.
The trail:
Northern Plains Adventure Trail is set on otherwise unaccessibale dirt tracks north of Shingwedzi. The trail is self-drive but due to ecological concerns only six 4x4 vehicles are allowed on the trail per day. Guests are provided with GPS co-ordinates and maps before setting out.
Accommodation:
Anywhere in the Kruger, but between Shingwedzi & Punda Maria would be the most convenient.
