Situated in the Outeniqua Nature Reserve the area is steeped in history. The Attaquas Pass used to be the main highway for ox wagons travelling east and north of Mossel Bay and Cape Town. It was used for nearly two centuries, until the nearby Robinson Pass was completed in 1869. Originally nature showed the way
